Multi means multi account and the 1/2 means how many times he/she has done it and fleet means sending a fleet from one of your accounts to the other. So basically this player set up 2 accounts and sent a fleet from one to the other. You only get 2 goes and after that your IP gets logged and you get watched more incase you balls up again.

you can avoid this by using a proxy, just so you know.

u cant deploy a fleet from one account to the other, u can only transport. i tried and i didtn work ^^

If that was possible, you could just make a few account and make heaps of fleet on all of the accounts and send it all to one account using proxy
